Seeing the hoary chestnut of the latest iteration of the 'nerf AFK Cloaking / Local' thread got me to thinking... what that mechanic actually needs is a buff.
Introduce that cloaking has an effect on local - when cloaked, a timer starts. When the cloaker leaves the system, their name is then shown in local for the length of time that they were cloaked in-system for. This'll cause two mechanics to be in-play - it would strengthen cloak camping mechanics for cloakies, and would introduce meaningless paranoia for those watching local like a hawk in order for them to resume their ratting. |

Allow various anchorable objects (sov structures, POS etc) to have the ability to fit a cloak.
Bonus bad idea: That cloak would also cloak all items within the shield bubble. |

New ship - Capsuleer Deep Space Transports
Allows for the docking of multiple (eg: 6) capsuleers as passengers to a ship piloted by a 7th. Passengers do not attract jump fatigue, the 7th (pilot) takes a % of the combined fatigue of all passengers. |

New deployable structure, same sizes as anchorable bubbles with the same dimensions and requirements, providing for an area of effect damage over time (like the gas in the newer sleeper sites).

Ranged interdiction bubbles + launcher.
Make it sort of like a bomb - something that travels a fixed distance in a straight line, doesn't require a target to be locked, and when it reaches the terminal point, creates an interdiction bubble, of the same dynamics as the current interdiction probes.
Skills: Requires Interdictors V and Graviton Physics V |
